Scope

Armonea, a major professional player in elderly care in Belgium, puts its employees in the spotlight in an original way. With a nearly one-hour television programme, employees share their stories. Sometimes touching, sometimes hilarious, but always committed.

Kolektiv handled the entire campaign, from storyboard to animations to the organisation of the event.

Approach

The TV Armonea show is part of Armonea's internal #SamenSterkers campaign that builds a strong team atmosphere, internal growth opportunities and seeks to strengthen cohesion. In short, which focuses on the essence "What does working at Armonea mean?".

App

There were multiple challenges that needed to be tackled. First, the right tone-of-voice needed to be determined to strike the right chord with everyone in the company, from facility workers and care personnel to higher management and senior profiles.

All communications needed to be bi-lingual in an accessible, creative and clear-cut design.

Result

Each Armonea house organised a collective viewing moment together with the staff, the residents. Of course, a surprise and refreshments were also provided.

The communication deliverables were so well received that they will be adopted on a group level.
